Job Description
We are seeking a Blender I to operate blending equipment and prepare product batches according to specifications. The role includes measuring ingredients, monitoring mix quality, adjusting settings, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the production area.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to follow recipes and SOPs, and willingness to work shifts. Prior food/chemical blending or equipment operation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities also include routine maintenance checks, accurate batch documentation, and collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
