Job Description
Join WESTERN FINANCE in Stephenville, TX as a full-time Account Specialist. Duties: verify loan applications, process payments (in person/phone), refinance accounts, demonstrate merchandise, offer options, maintain records, run errands, and collect by phone/occasionally in person. Requirements: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, required insurance, clean driving record, brand-approved attire. Assistant Manager role available for experienced candidates. Pay $12–$14/hr plus bonus ($2–$9+/hr average). Benefits: 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/life, EAP, PTO. On-site.
