Job Description

Lead a 2nd shift assembly team to ensure safe, efficient production. Supervise daily operations, assign tasks, coach technicians, and uphold quality standards. Coordinate with engineering and maintenance to troubleshoot issues, enforce safety protocols, and optimize workflow. Track production metrics, report shift performance, and drive continuous improvement. Require 3+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience, proven leadership, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication. Must be available for the 2nd shift and adapt to changing priorities.
