Job Description

Probity Solutions Inc seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, verify, and maintain data in our systems. Responsibilities include keyboard and scanner data entry, customer data collection, Excel spreadsheets and reports, regular backups, and organized filing. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 45 WPM typing with high accuracy, strong Word and Excel skills, familiarity with office equipment, good communication, attention to detail, and database knowledge; NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
