Job Description

Join our team as a PBX Operator responsible for managing incoming and internal telephone traffic via the company PBX system. You will answer, transfer, and route calls professionally, manage voicemail and call logs, assist with basic PBX troubleshooting, and maintain accurate records. Strong verbal communication, customer service orientation, and attention to detail are required. Qualifications: high school diploma, basic computer skills, familiarity with telephony systems preferred, and ability to work shifts. Prior PBX or call center experience is a plus.
