Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage a team of pickers and packers, ensure accurate and timely order processing, and maintain inventory control. Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with shipping carriers, implementing process improvements, and enforcing safety standards. Candidates should have 2+ years supervisory experience in fulfillment or logistics, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with WMS and MS Excel, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and oversee shift schedules is required.
