Job Description
The Real Maids Center LLC is hiring reliable Residential Cleaning Technicians for organized, professional home service. Full-time Mon-Fri; must work full days, be punctual, consistent, and maintain steady attendance. Requirements: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance, authorization to work in the U.S., and pass a background check. Compensation: percentage-based pay (avg $18–$20/hr; top performers $22–$25+), weekly pay on Fridays, monthly performance bonuses, and one week paid time off after one year. This role is not suitable if you need constant schedule flexibility or only part-time hours. Regular travel to client homes is required.
