Job Description

We are hiring a Case Manager / Field Officer to support vulnerable clients through case assessment, individualized planning, and community-based follow-up. You will manage caseloads, conduct home visits, coordinate services with partners, document case notes, and monitor outcomes. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity, plus experience in social work, community development, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years field experience, valid driver’s license, and fluency in English; additional local language is a plus.
