Job Description

We are seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily order fulfillment operations. You will supervise a team, manage workflow in warehouse and shipping, ensure order accuracy, monitor inventory levels, and meet KPIs for on-time delivery. Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with procurement and customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidate should have 2+ years in fulfillment or logistics, leadership skills, proficiency with WMS or inventory systems, strong communication, and attention to detail.
