Job Description
We are hiring an AT&T Sales Representative at Market Minds. English & Spanish required; conversational Spanish is acceptable. This people-focused, fast-paced, in-person role helps customers and business owners choose wireless and connectivity solutions. No prior sales or telecom experience needed — we provide training. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in bartending, serving, hospitality, or retail. You will speak with customers, recommend AT&T products and plans, assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients, present devices confidently, and pursue individual and team goals. We seek reliable, coachable, motivated people with strong communication skills. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $750.00 – $1,375.00 per week.
