Job Description
Seeking an Associate Attorney for a busy construction law practice. Florida bar required. Hands-on work: contract drafting/negotiation, public infrastructure, risk and project management, pre-suit claims, site inspections, litigation, arbitration, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediation, appeals. Must have excellent writing and oral skills, strong legal research, responsiveness, dependability, and attention to detail. In-person in Maitland; relocation required. Competitive pay $75,00–$175,00 DOE; 401(k) with match, flexible schedule, professional development.
