Job Description

We are seeking a friendly Patron Services Assistant to provide excellent customer service at our cultural venue. You will welcome visitors, manage admissions and memberships, answer inquiries, handle ticketing and POS systems, and ensure a safe, inclusive experience for all patrons.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic cash-handling experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training provided. Team players with a customer-first attitude and familiarity with museum/theater operations are encouraged to apply.
