Job Description

The Fire Systems Inspector will perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression equipment, and related systems to ensure NFPA and local code compliance. Responsibilities include routine site surveys, documenting findings, generating inspection reports, coordinating repairs with vendors, and advising property managers on safety improvements. Candidates should have 2+ years of field experience; NICET certification or equivalent preferred; strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems; a valid driver’s license; and good communication skills. Ability to climb ladders and access mechanical spaces is required. Full-time position with competitive pay and training opportunities.
