Job Description
As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend phones, accessories, and plans to drive sales goals. You will demonstrate device features, explain promotions, activate service, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and attractive product displays. Strong communication, customer service orientation, and basic technical knowledge are required. Prior retail or sales experience and familiarity with wireless devices are preferred.
