Job Description

As a Patient Safety Officer (RN), you will lead safety initiatives, monitor and investigate incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to reduce patient harm. You will develop policies, coordinate staff training, report compliance data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical workflows and outcomes. Registered Nurse license required; 3+ years clinical experience with risk management, quality improvement, and regulatory standards preferred.
