Job Description

Be proactive and eager to learn. Handle calls, emails and chats courteously; provide clear product/service information; manage complaints, follow up, update customer records and escalate complex issues. Requirements: high school diploma (business or marketing studies a plus), strong communication, active listening and empathy, basic computer/CRM skills, ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
