Job Description
The Receptionist greets visitors, answers phones, and provides clerical support in compliance with regulations and Life Care standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a secretarial program or at least six months clerical experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email; exercise independent judgment; maintain confidentiality; and follow company policies. Responsibilities include operating phone and paging systems, providing excellent customer service to patients and families, assisting with patient evacuation when needed, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Must demonstrate professionalism, reliable attendance, basic physical mobility (sit, stand, lift, walk), and fluency in English.
