Job Description
Join our team as Lead Concierge to oversee daily concierge operations, mentor and schedule staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will handle complex guest requests, coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and management, and maintain service standards and reporting. Candidate must have 3+ years in hospitality, strong leadership, excellent communication in English, problem-solving skills, and flexibility for shift work.
