Job Description

Citi Trends seeks a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our value-priced urban apparel team. You will process freight, handle pricing and markdowns, balance registers, ring transactions, bag merchandise, and follow cash-handling policies. Provide friendly customer service, enforce fitting-room and exchange/refund policies, assist merchandising and housekeeping, and support loss-prevention efforts. Must maintain a professional appearance and wear a nametag. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages), and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
