Contractor / Industrial Services Technician
Chemical Plant Operations
We are a contracting company providing comprehensive industrial services within chemical plant environments. Responsibilities ranged from large-scale plant shutdowns to routine facility maintenance, requiring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisted in full-scale plant shutdowns and turnarounds, including preparation, execution, and cleanup activities
- Performed hydroblasting and cleaning of tanks, vessels, and industrial equipment
- Supported general maintenance tasks throughout chemical plant facilities
- Conducted grounds and lawn maintenance to ensure site cleanliness and compliance
- Followed all plant safety protocols, permits, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Worked in high-risk industrial environments while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset
- Collaborated with supervisors and team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Adapted to a wide range of tasks as needed to support plant operation
