Job Description
Purpose of Position: Responsible for overseeing bridge construction operations in Central Indiana, managing crews, enforcing safety policies, and scheduling subcontractors and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bridge construction operations
- Schedule material, equipment, and crew
- Calculate concrete quantities
- Read construction drawings
- Maintain good communication skills
- Assist in project schedule development
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DOT bridge and heavy highway construction
- Must have OSHA 30, traffic control supervisor, First Aid/CPR, and certified flagger training
Compensation: $36.25 – $40.35 per hour, dependent on experience.
