Job Description
Description: Join Esperanza Health Centers as a Patient Service Representative, serving as the primary contact for our patients and providing exceptional customer service.
Hourly Rate: $19 to $23
Location: Esperanza Little Village
This position is for a minimum of 12+ weeks, with the possibility to extend.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- One year of medical field experience, preferably in customer service
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
