Overview: The Guest Service Specialist (GSS) at UF Health acts as a vital link between patients, families, visitors, and staff, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing assistance, wayfinding, and information about local amenities, supporting the lost and found process, providing valet vouchers, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications: Preferred candidates should have an AA degree or 3 years of relevant customer service experience. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. An FBI Level 2 screening is required.
