Job Description
New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet is seeking bright, motivated, and energetic professionals to join our world-class team. As a Service Advisor, you will oversee service orders and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service. Your role will involve providing concierge support for all inquiries and maintaining a high Customer Success Index.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective service for customers.
- Take ownership of the customer experience.
- Answer technical questions regarding vehicle issues.
- Promote compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Organized and friendly personality.

- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
