Job Description

Compass Truck Sales is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work on commercial trucks and equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Interact with customers to identify and detail service needs.
• Open and manage repair orders.
• Contact customers for repair authorizations.
• Provide updates on repair progress.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in a semi-truck dealership.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
