Job Description

Drapery Connection is seeking a key team member to support our growth with strong data entry and customer interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to set appointments for installers
• Handle inbound calls regarding installations and repairs
• Update and maintain the CRM platform
• Organize installer paperwork
• Maintain job files with completed paperwork
• Coordinate appointments geographically
• Process customer repairs
