Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Navigator to join our team at Vitality Weight Loss, a leader in evidence-based weight loss care. This position can be part-time or full-time.

Duties:

• Obtain prior authorizations from patients’ primary care doctors.
• Answer patient inquiries via text or phone.
• Provide guidance on insurance coverage and cash pay options.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills and a strong organizational background are essential. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person at our Plano, TX location.
