Job Description
Hopkins Education Resource Services, INC is seeking an in-person Behavior Specialist (must have PA clearances and BSC or BCBA licensure) to effectively support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing individualized behavior intervention and support plans, using functional behavior assessment tools, and suitable data collection methods.
Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSC or BCBA) and PA School clearances (REQUIRED)
- 1+ year of experience with individuals with disabilities (IDD)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments, participate in treatment meetings, support students according to IEP/504, document progress, review support plans, and encourage independence.
