Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team at Pico Dental Group. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and assist as needed while working at our offices in downtown LA and Koreatown. Familiarity with Denti-Cal billings and presenting treatment plans is required.
Duties: Greet patients, manage the office calendar, answer calls/emails, verify insurance, maintain patient records, and utilize computerized systems.
Requirements: Proficiency in dental terminology, bilingual in Spanish, and 1 year of experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour | Location: Los Angeles, CA.
