Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Case Manager at LCHRC, you will support individuals in need by assessing their needs and connecting them with resources for improved well-being.
Duties:
- Conduct client assessments and maintain records
- Coordinate with multiple programs
- Assist with senior center management and events
Requirements: Experience in case management preferred; Bachelor’s degree and valid Driver’s License are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $10.00 – $11.00 per hour
