Job Description
We are seeking a Greenhouse Crew Supervisor to join our team at Rolke Greenhouses. This full-time position involves supervising outdoor work in greenhouses and production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist greenhouse staff in various tasks.
- Guide teams with daily assignments and ensure quality control.
- Organize weekly production and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills required.
- Spanish speaking is a must.
