Job Description
General Summary: This position is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services necessary for Steve Madden’s operation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Enter, code, and process all invoices into the computer system.
- Sort invoices by divisions and process all checks.
- Ensure proper approval for invoices and communicate with vendors.
- Process production payments for foreign vendors and handle special projects as needed.
Specific Job Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills are essential.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with two years of experience required.
Salary Range: $24/hr – $26/hr based on qualifications.
