Job Description
PGAL is an international design firm specializing in architecture, interior architecture, engineering, and planning for a diverse group of public and private sector clients. We are looking for a full-time temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of related experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Controller and Accounting department
- Prepare and sort A/P invoices
- Assist with transitioning to a paperless environment
- Handle administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
