Job Description

Join our team as an Accounting Assistant / Receptionist, responsible for bookkeeping support, processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial records, while also greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Candidate should have an associate degree in accounting or a related field, 1+ years’ experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
