Job Description
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 DOE
ONCALL Staffing Inc is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support our accounting operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Accounts Receivables
- Reviewing and approving payment vouchers
- Preparing invoice deduction notices
- Auditing freight bills
- Assisting with vendor inquiries and negotiations
- Preparing accounts payable checks and reports
- Filing documentation and supporting monthly closings
Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months of related experience.
