Job Description
Caliber Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Associate. The primary responsibilities include managing business transactions in Foundation Accounting Software, such as entering AP invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing weekly check runs. Other duties include:
- A/P Management
- Documenting Transactions
- Maintaining Accounting Controls
- Performing Reconciliations
- Preparing Payments
- Compliance with Financial Legal Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in AP
- Construction experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented and organized
