Job Description

Frequency Electronics, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess outstanding communication skills, as this role requires interaction with various departments within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Opening daily emails
• Sorting invoices into Purchase and Non-Purchase orders
• Reviewing Purchase Orders for receipts
• Creating invoice packets
• Processing and entering data into our Visual System
• Printing Checks
• Matching Invoices to Checks
• Mailing Checks to our Vendors
• Working closely with our Purchasing Team and Vendors to resolve any issues
