Job Description
Beaufort Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator for our accounts payable team. The AP Coordinator will process invoices for payment and ensure timely payments to creditors.
Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing payments according to financial policies.
- Perform financial transactions including verifying accounts payable data.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger for accuracy.
- Verify discrepancies and facilitate invoice payments.
- Generate reports on accounts payables status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
