Job Description

We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk – Data Entry for our client in Houston, TX. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and hard-working individuals available for immediate interviews.

Job Title: A/R Clerk – Data Entry

Location: Northeast Houston

Pay: $21 – $26 DOE

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Temp to Hire

Description of Duties: Apply and balance checks to accounts receivable, verify and correct invoices, scan invoices, check in drivers, enter orders, generate reports, and communicate with customers.

Requirements: Ten key by touch, 2 years of A/R Clerk experience, MS Office Suite.
