Job Description

The ADAS Manager will lead the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems team to define architecture, drive sensor fusion, perception and control algorithm development, and ensure ISO 26262 functional safety compliance. Responsibilities include project planning, cross-functional coordination with OEMs and suppliers, mentoring engineers, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering production-ready solutions. Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE/CS or related field, 7+ years in ADAS/automotive, strong skills in perception, vehicle dynamics, C++/Python, ROS, CAN, and system validation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
