Job Description

Express Tax Center seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant for the Bay City office for the 2025 tax season (Jan–Apr 15). Front-desk duties: greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, scan and organize documents, collect payments and signatures, and maintain confidentiality. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year clerical or customer service preferred, comfortable with computers and scanners, reliable and professional. Full-time seasonal (≥30 hrs/wk), every other Saturday. Pay from $14.00/hr plus performance bonus, employee discount, and training provided.
