Job Description

Fox Engineering, Inc. is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our team. This full-time position requires the ability to multitask in a busy environment, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
• Managing email correspondence and document production
• Maintaining filing systems and inventory of office supplies
• Assisting with accounts payable/receivable

Requirements: 2+ years in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
