Job Description

The Department of OBGYN at UCLA Health is seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Officer II. In this role, you will provide executive support to the department Chair/Dean and/or CAO. Responsibilities include:

• Reading and synthesizing reports and data.
• Performing complex professional duties to assist department directors and senior management.
• Conducting special studies with significant administrative and financial impact.
• Preparing written reports and presenting recommendations.

This position requires advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Pay Range: $31.20 – $49.77 hourly
