Overview: Under the supervision of the Admitting Supervisor and the Manager of Admitting, the Admissions Representative is responsible for interviewing patients or their representatives to gather information for hospital admissions. The representative must show courtesy to all patients, staff, and visitors while working cooperatively to achieve departmental and hospital goals.

Responsibilities: Conduct interviews with patients or their representatives, ensure courteous interactions, and support departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

• Good typing and spelling skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous registration experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
