Job Description

We seek an experienced Agricultural and Post Frame Construction Manager to lead farm building projects from planning to completion. You will manage crews, coordinate suppliers, ensure safety and quality, read blueprints, and oversee timelines and budgets for post-frame structures.

Candidate should have 5+ years in agricultural or post-frame construction, strong leadership, knowledge of materials and codes, welding/erection experience, and excellent communication. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites required.
