Job Description
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, you will schedule appointments for patients, medical procedures, tests, and studies ordered by physicians. Key duties include answering phone calls, conducting patient pre-certifications, scheduling tests and procedures, collecting insurance and personal data, and communicating with patients regarding appointments.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 2 years of related experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, clear communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Range: $14.82 – $20.38 per hour
