Job Description

MAXhealth is seeking a full-time Clinical Team Lead to provide leadership, support, and training to Clinical Assistants in our clinics. This role ensures patients receive care based on risk assessments and coordinates with the Primary Care Provider or Medical Director.

Location: Park Blvd, Seminole

Pay Range: $21-$24/hour

Qualifications:

• CMA, RMA, or LPN with a current license in Florida preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Must be able to perform phlebotomy tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
