Base Pay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10 – 40 per week

Duties:

– Assist in the production and processing of dairy products.

– Perform dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation duties, as cleanliness is vital in cheesemaking.

– Package and fabricate food items per company standards.

– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).

Skills:

– Familiarity with cheesemaking and milk pasteurization is a plus.

– Basic mechanical knowledge for operating production equipment.

– Proficiency in HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
