Job Description
Summary: The Assistant Director assists the Center Director in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for all children at Apogee STEM Discovery Learning Academy. This role involves collaboration with staff to meet student needs and center goals.
Duties: Assume duties in the absence of the Center Director and Teachers, ensure adherence to quality standards, maintain communication with families, follow center policies, and develop a professional development plan.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Director Credentials, 3-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, CPR/First Aid certification, and a clear background check.
