Job Description
Join our busy Windermere spa as an Assistant Spa Manager. Seeking a sales-driven leader with 3–6 years of management/sales experience (retail or spa preferred). You will oversee daily operations, booking and inventory, coach staff, drive retail and service sales, and promote massage and facial wellness. Strong organization, computer skills and flexibility for day/evening/night/weekend shifts required. Full-time; pay $19.00–$21.00/hr plus bonuses. Benefits include 401(k) with match, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plan and employee discounts. Night and day shifts are required. Professional, safe workplace and flexible schedules.
